At Ombré Royalé, every fragrance is made to order and cured with care. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, we ask that you read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final on Made-to-Order Items
Because each fragrance is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on made-to-order items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.
